  After being disappointed dealing with large national rental agency, we decided to find a local agent to help us locate our new home in Greenville. HTSI (Houses and Then Some) immediately impressed us.
  
  It was clear from the very first showing that the entire HTSI staff is focused on matching clients to homes they will love and establishing a regular channel of communications that ensures a positive experience and customer loyalty.
  
  Our agent Angela Courtney was the highlight of our trip! After talking to us about our plans, needs, and lifestyle she said "I have the perfect place for you," and met us at a property we had not seen yet.
  
  It was love at first site! The home could not have been more perfect for us; it was clearly very well cared for and maintained, nicely matched our needs and lifestyle, and was in an excellent location for our commute. The leasing process was very straightforward, stress-free, and we walked away confident in our decision.
  
  It's been 3 months now in our new home and we could not be happier. I have been in communication with Mary Rice (Maintenance Manager and Client Relations for HTSI) a few times --mainly questions I imagine most people new to the area have concerning utility companies, HOA guidelines, local service providers, etc-- and she has always been exceptionally responsive and unerringly pleasant.
  
  We look forward to putting our roots down here, and when we're ready to commit to a home purchase HTSI will be our first call.
