  Pros: Spacious cottages with upstairs bedrooms (3-4 bedrooms), nice grounds with fishing lakes, walking trails, ponds. No carpet in the 3-4 bedrooms (big plus for pets and children) Cons: Pricey, 3 bedroom kitchen seems like an after thought or like they decided to save on cost at the last minute by having mismatched appliances. (Stainless steel fridge and black stove and dishwasher) at this price Stainless steel should be a must. Did the same with the cabinets. Although their are lots of cabinet space since their is no pantry they should have wrapped the cabinetry all the way around but they stopped again I'm assuming to save money and it looks unfinished. The finishings are lower quality for sure so again at this price point this shouldn't be an issue. Last bit not least is this community is 8 minutes from the main Greenville/Spartanburg Airport. You will hear airplanes all day long and throughout the night. I will say that it's not constant since it's not like the Atlanta airport as far as business still if you cannot stomach the sound of planes shouldn't move here. And before I forget it's supposed to be a gated community which is what attracted us to this community but the gates are only locked through the night and open back up early in the morning. So much for a gated community. Other than that the people were friendly I just dont think it's worth the price but we lived there for a year while our home was being built.
